"And Aaronª shall comeª ° into¹ the tabernacleª of the congregation,ª and shall put offª °¹ the linenª garments,ª which¹ he put onª ° when he wentª ° into¹ the holyª [place], and shall leave² °¹ them there:¹ ... And he shall washª °¹ his fleshª with waterª in the holyª place,ª and put onª °¹ his garments,ª and come forth,ª ° and offerª °¹ his burnt offering,ª and the burnt offeringª of the people,ª and make an atonementª ° for¹ himself, and for¹ the people.ª" {Lev 16:23-24} + "And when they go forthª ° into¹ the utterª court,ª [even] into¹ the utterª courtª to¹ the people,ª they shall put offª °¹ their garmentsª wherein¹ they¹ ministered,ª ° and lay² °¹ them in the holyª chambers,ª and they shall put² ° on¹ otherª garments;ª and they shall not¹ sanctifyª °¹ the peopleª with their garments.ª" {Ezk 44:19}
