{Joshua 21:27} And unto the children 1121 of Gershon, 1648 of the families 4940 x4480 of the Levites, 3881 out of the [other] half 2677 x4480 tribe 4294 of Manasseh 4519 [they gave] x853 Golan 1474 in Bashan 1316 with x854 her suburbs, 4054 [to be] x853 a city 5892 of refuge 4733 for the slayer; 7523 z8802 and Beeshterah 1203 with x854 her suburbs; 4054 two 8147 cities. 5892

And unto:
"And the childrenª of Gershonª [had] by lotª out of the familiesª ¹ of the tribeª of Issachar,ª and out of the tribeª ¹ of Asher,ª and out of the tribeª ¹ of Naphtali,ª and out of the halfª ¹ tribeª of Manassehª in Bashan,ª thirteenª ª cities.ª" {Jsh 21:6}

Golan:

Beeshterah:
It is very probable that Beesh-terah is a contraction of baith ashtaroth, "the house of Ashtaroth," and the same as Ashtaroth, which is the reading in "Unto the sonsª of Gershom² ¹ [were given] out of the familyª ¹ of the halfª tribeª of Manasseh,ª ¹ Golanª in Bashanª with her suburbs,ª and Ashtarothª with her suburbs:ª" {1Ch 6:71}.
