And he said, Lay not thy hand upon the lad, neither do thou anything unto him. For now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son, from me.

And he said,ª° Layª° not¹ thine handª uponª the lad,ª neither¹ do¹ thou²° any thingª unto him: for¹ nowª I knowª° that¹ thou¹ fearestª God,ª seeing thou hast notª withheldª°¹ thy son,ª¹ thine onlyª [son] from¹ me.

And he said,ª° Layª° not¹ thine handª vponª the lad,ª neither¹ do¹ thou²° any thingª vnto him: for¹ nowª I knowª° that¹ thou¹ fearestª God,ª seeing thou hast notª withheldeª°¹ thy sonne,ª¹ thine onelyª sonne from¹ mee.

And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the child, neither do anything to him, for now I know that thou fearest God, and for my sake thou hast not spared thy beloved son.

And he said,ª° Layª° not¹ thine handª uponª the lad,ª neither¹ do¹ thou²° any thingª unto him: for¹ nowª I knowª° that¹ thou¹ fearestª ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים,ª seeing thou hast notª withheldª°¹ thy son,ª¹ thine onlyª [son] from¹ me.
