And they said, We saw plainly that Jehovah was with thee. And we said, Let there now be an oath betwixt us, even betwixt us and thee, and let us make a covenant with thee,

And they said,ª° We saw²° certainlyª° that¹ the LORDª was¹ with¹ thee: and we said,ª° Let there be¹ now¹ an oathª betwixtª us, [even] betwixtª us and thee, and let us makeª° a covenantª with¹ thee;

And they said,ª° we saw²° certainlyª° that¹ the LORDª was¹ with¹ thee: and wee said,ª° Let there be¹ now¹ an otheª betwixtª vs, euen betwixtª vs and thee, and let vs makeª° a couenantª with¹ thee,

And they said, We have surely seen that the Lord was with thee, and we said, Let there be an oath between us and thee, and we will make a covenant with thee,
