And she conceived again, and bare a son: and said, Because Jehovah hath heard that I am hated, he hath therefore given me this [son] also. And she called his name Simeon.

And she conceivedª° again,¹ and bareª° a son;ª and said,ª° Because¹ the LORDª hath heardª° that¹ I¹ [was] hated,ª° he hath therefore givenª° me¹ this¹ [son] also:¹ and she calledª° his nameª Simeon.ª

And shee conceiuedª° againe,¹ and bareª° a sonne,ª and saide,ª° Because¹ the LORDª hath heardª° that¹ I¹ was hated,ª° hee hath therefore giuenª° mee¹ this¹ [sonne] also,¹ and she calledª° his nameª Simeon.ª

And she conceived again, and bore a second son to Jacob; and she said, Because the Lord has heard that I am hated, he has given to me this one also; and she called his name, Simeon.

And she conceivedª° again,¹ and bareª° a son;ª and said,ª° Because¹ Yähwè יָהוֶהª hath heardª° that¹ I¹ [was] hated,ª° he hath therefore givenª° me¹ this¹ [son] also:¹ and she calledª° his nameª Šim`ôn שִׁמעוֹן.ª
