And Jacob separated the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the ringstreaked and all the black in the flock of Laban: and he put his own droves apart, and put them not unto Laban's flock.

And Jacobª did separateª° the lambs,ª and setª° the facesª of the flocksª towardª the ringstraked,ª and all¹ the brownª in the flockª of Laban;ª and he putª° his own flocksª by themselves,¹ and putª° them not¹ unto¹ Laban'sª cattle.ª
