And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the first-born.

And Israelª stretched outª°¹ his right hand,ª and laydª° [it] vpon¹ Ephraimsª headª who¹ [was] the yonger;ª and his left handª vpon¹ Manassehsª head,ª guiding²° his hands² wittingly:ª°¹¹ for¹ Manassehª [was] the first borne.ª

But Israel having stretched out his right hand, laid it on the head of Ephraim, and he was the younger; and his left hand on the head of Manasseh{gr.Manasse}, [guiding] his hands crosswise.

And Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵלª stretched outª°¹ his right hand,ª and laidª° [it] upon¹ ´Efrayim's אֶפרַיִםª head,ª who¹ [was] the younger,ª and his left handª upon¹ Mænaššè's מְנַשֶּׁהª head,ª guiding²° his hands² wittingly;ª°¹¹ for¹ Mænaššè מְנַשֶּׁהª [was] the firstborn.ª
