and I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, as God Almighty; but by my name Jehovah I was not known to them.

And I appearedª° unto¹ Abraham,ª unto¹ Isaac,ª and unto¹ Jacob,ª by [the name of] Godª Almighty,ª but by my nameª JEHOVAHª was I not¹ knownª° to them.

And I appearedª° vnto¹ Abraham,ª vnto¹ Isaac,ª and vnto¹ Iacob,ª [by the Name of] Godª Almighty,ª but by my nameª IEHOVAHª was I not¹ knowenª° to them.

And I appeared to Abraham{gr.Abraam} and Isaac and Jacob, being their God, but I did not manifest to them my name Lord.

And I appearedª° unto¹ ´Avrähäm אַברָהָם,ª unto¹ Yixçäk יִצחָק,ª and unto¹ Ya`áköv יַעֲקֹב,ª by [the name of] ´Ël אֵלª Šadday שַׁדַּי,ª but by my nameª YÄHWÈ יָהוֶהª was I not¹ knownª° to them.
