When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for the oblation of an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

When¹ a bullock,ª or¹ a sheep,ª or¹ a goat,ª is brought forth,ª° then it shall be¹ sevenª daysª under¹ the dam;ª and from the eighth² dayª¹¹ and thenceforthª it shall be acceptedª° for an offeringª made by fireª unto the LORD.ª

When¹ a bullocke,ª or¹ a sheepe,ª or¹ a goatª is brought forth,ª° then it shall bee¹ seuenª dayesª vnder¹ the damme,ª and from the eight² dayª¹¹ and thencefoorth,ª it shal be acceptedª° for an offeringª made by fireª vnto the LORD.ª

As for a calf, or a sheep, or a goat, whenever it is born, then shall it be seven days under its mother; and on the eighth day and after they shall be accepted for sacrifices, a burnt-offering to the Lord.
