All the heave-offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto Jehovah, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before Jehovah unto thee and to thy seed with thee.

All¹ the heave offeringsª of the holy things,ª which¹ the childrenª of Israelª offerª° unto the LORD,ª have I givenª° thee, and thy sonsª and thy daughtersª with¹ thee, by a statuteª for ever:ª it¹ [is] a covenantª of saltª for everª beforeª the LORDª unto thee and to thy seedª with¹ thee.

Every special offering of the holy things, whatsoever the children of Israel shall specially offer to the Lord, I have given to thee and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, a perpetual ordinance: it is a covenant of salt for ever before the Lord, for thee and thy seed after thee.
