And Samuel said, Though thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel? And Jehovah anointed thee king over Israel;

And Samuelª said,ª° When¹ thou¹ [wast] littleª in thine own sight,ª [wast] thou¹ not¹ [made] the headª of the tribesª of Israel,ª and the LORDª anointedª° thee kingª over¹ Israel?ª

And Samuelª said,ª° When¹ thou¹ wast litleª in thine owne sight,ª wast thou¹ not¹ made the Headª of the tribesª of Israel,ª and the LORDª anointedª° thee Kingª ouer¹ Israel?ª

And Samuel said to Saul, Art thou not little in his eyes, [though] a leader of one of the tribes of Israel? and [yet] the Lord anointed thee to be king over Israel.

And Šæmû´ël שְׁמוּאֵלª said,ª° When¹ thou¹ [wast] littleª in thine own sight,ª [wast] thou¹ not¹ [made] the headª of the tribesª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל,ª and Yähwè יָהוֶהª anointedª° thee kingª over¹ Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל?ª
