And Nabal answered David's servants, and said, Who is David? and who is the son of Jesse? there are many servants now-a-days that break away every man from his master.

And Nabalª answeredª°¹ David'sª servants,ª and said,ª° Who¹ [is] David?ª and who¹ [is] the sonª of Jesse?ª there be manyª° servantsª now a daysª that break awayª° every manª fromª¹ his master.ª

And Nabalª answeredª°¹ Dauidsª seruants,ª and said,ª° Who¹ [is] Dauid?ª and who¹ [is] the sonneª of Iesse?ª There bee manyª° seruantsª now a daiesª that breake awayª° euery manª fromª¹ his master.ª

And Nabal sprang up, and answered the servants of David, and said, Who [is] David? and who [is] the son of Jesse{gr.Jessae}? Now-a-days there is abundance of servants who depart every one from his master.

And Näväl נָבָלª answeredª°¹ Däwiđ's דָּוִדª servants,ª and said,ª° Who¹ [is] Däwiđ דָּוִד?ª and who¹ [is] the sonª of Yišay יִשַׁי?ª there be manyª° servantsª now a daysª that break awayª° every manª fromª¹ his ´áđôn אֲדוֹן.ª
