And David said, I will show kindness unto Hanun the son of Nahash, as his father showed kindness unto me. So David sent by his servants to comfort him concerning his father. And David's servants came into the land of the children of Ammon.

Then saidª° David,ª I will shewª° kindnessª unto¹ Hanunª the sonª of Nahash,ª as¹ his fatherª shewedª° kindnessª unto¹ me. And Davidª sentª° to comfortª° him by the handª of his servantsª for¹ his father.ª And David'sª servantsª cameª° into the landª of the childrenª of Ammon.ª

Then saidª° Dauid,ª I will sheweª° kindnesª vnto¹ Hanunª the sonneª of Nahash,ª as¹ his fatherª shewedª° kindnesª vnto¹ me. And Dauidª sentª° to comfortª° him by the handª of his seruants,ª for¹ his father:ª and Dauidsª seruantsª cameª° into the landª of the childrenª of Ammon.ª

And David said, I will shew mercy to Annon the son of Nahash{gr.Naas}, as his father dealt mercifully with me. And David sent to comfort him concerning his father by the hand of his servants; and the servants of David came into the land of the children of Ammon.

Then saidª° Däwiđ דָּוִד,ª I will shewª° kindnessª unto¹ Çänûn חָנוּןª the sonª of Näçäš נָחָשׁ,ª as¹ his fatherª shewedª° kindnessª unto¹ me. And Däwiđ דָּוִדª sentª° to comfortª° him by the handª of his servantsª for¹ his father.ª And Däwiđ's דָּוִדª servantsª cameª° into the landª of the childrenª of `Ammôn עַמּוֹן.ª
