And he answered, My lord, O king, my servant deceived me: for thy servant said, I will saddle me an ass, that I may ride thereon, and go with the king; because thy servant is lame.

And he answered,ª° My lord,ª O king,ª my servantª deceivedª° me: for¹ thy servantª said,ª° I will saddleª° me an ass,ª that I may rideª° thereon,¹ and go²°¹ to¹ the king;ª because¹ thy servantª [is] lame.ª

And hee answered,ª° My lordª O king,ª my seruantª deceiuedª° mee; for¹ thy seruantª sayd,ª° I will saddleª° me an asseª that I may rideª° thereon,¹ and goe²°¹ to¹ the king,ª because¹ thy seruantª is lame:ª
