and that captain answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if Jehovah should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? and he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof:

And that lordª answeredª°¹ the manª of God,ª and said,ª° Now, behold,¹ [if] the LORDª should makeª° windowsª in heaven,ª might such¹ a thingª be?¹ And he said,ª° Behold,¹ thou shalt seeª° it with thine eyes,ª but shalt not¹ eatª° thereof.¹¹

And the officer answered Elisha{gr.Elisaie}, and said, Behold, [if] the Lord makes flood-gates in heaven, shall this thing be? and Elisha{gr.Elisaie} said, Behold, thou shalt see [it] with thine eyes, but thou shalt not eat thereof.
