In times past, even when Saul was king, it was thou that leddest out and broughtest in Israel: and Jehovah thy God said unto thee, Thou shalt be shepherd of my people Israel, and thou shalt be prince over my people Israel.

And moreover¹ in time² past,ª¹¹ even¹ when Saulª was¹ king,ª thou¹ [wast] he that leddest outª° and broughtest inª°¹ Israel:ª and the LORDª thy Godª saidª° unto thee, Thou¹ shalt feedª°¹ my peopleª¹ Israel,ª and thou¹ shalt be¹ rulerª over¹ my people²¹ Israel.ª

And moreouer¹ in time² past,ª¹¹ euen¹ [when] Saulª was¹ king,ª thou¹ [wast he] that leddest outª° and broughtest inª°¹ Israel:ª and the LORDª thy Godª saidª° vnto thee, Thou¹ shalt feedeª°¹ my peopleª¹ Israel,ª and thou¹ shalt be¹ rulerª ouer¹ my people²¹ Israel.ª

And heretofore when Saul was king, thou wast he that led Israel in and out, and the Lord of Israel said to thee, Thou shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt be for a ruler over Israel.

And moreover¹ in time² past,ª¹¹ even¹ when Šä´ûl שָׁאוּלª was¹ king,ª thou¹ [wast] he that leddest outª° and broughtest inª°¹ Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל:ª and Yähwè יָהוֶהª thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª saidª° unto thee, Thou¹ shalt feedª°¹ my peopleª¹ Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל,ª and thou¹ shalt be¹ rulerª over¹ my people²¹ Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל.ª
