Now the acts of Rehoboam, first and last, are they not written in the histories of Shemaiah the prophet and of Iddo the seer, after the manner of genealogies? And there were wars between Rehoboam and Jeroboam continually.

Now the actsª of Rehoboam,ª firstª and last,ª [are] they¹ not¹ writtenª° in the bookª of Shemaiahª the prophet,ª and of Iddoª the seerª concerning genealogies?ª° And [there were] warsª between Rehoboamª and Jeroboamª continually.ª¹

Now the actsª of Ræçav`äm רְחַבעָם,ª firstª and last,ª [are] they¹ not¹ writtenª° in the bookª of Šæma`yà שְׁמַעיָהª the prophet,ª and of `Iddô´ עִדּוֹאª the seerª concerning genealogies?ª° And [there were] warsª between Ræçav`äm רְחַבעָםª and Yorov`äm יָרָבעָםª continually.ª¹
