And at that time Hanani the seer came to Asa king of Judah, and said unto him, Because thou hast relied on the king of Syria, and hast not relied on Jehovah thy God, therefore is the host of the king of Syria escaped out of thy hand.

And at that¹ timeª Hananiª the seer²°¹ cameª° to¹ Asaª kingª of Judah,ª and saidª° unto¹ him, Because thou hast reliedª° on¹ the kingª of Syria,ª and not¹ reliedª° on¹ the LORDª thy God,ª therefore¹¹ is the hostª of the kingª of Syriaª escapedª° out of thine hand.ª¹

And at that¹ timeª Hananiª the Seer²°¹ cameª° to¹ Asaª kingª of Iudah,ª and saidª° vnto¹ him, Because thou hast relyedª° on¹ the kingª of Syria,ª and not¹ relyedª° on¹ the LORDª thy God,ª therefore¹¹ is the hosteª of the kingª of Syriaª escapedª° out of thine hand.ª¹

And at that time came Hananiah{gr.Anani} the prophet to Asa king of Judah{gr.Juda}, and said to him, Because thou didst trust on the king of Syria, and didst not trust on the Lord thy God, therefore the army of Syria is escaped out of thy hand.

And at that¹ timeª Çánänî חֲנָנִיª the seer²°¹ cameª° to¹ ´Äsä´ אָסָאª kingª of Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה,ª and saidª° unto¹ him, Because thou hast reliedª° on¹ the kingª of ´Áräm אֲרָם,ª and not¹ reliedª° on¹ Yähwè יָהוֶהª thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים,ª therefore¹¹ is the hostª of the kingª of ´Áräm אֲרָםª escapedª° out of thine hand.ª¹
