Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, Jehovah hath destroyed thy works. And the ships were broken, so that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

Then Eliezerª the sonª of Dodavahª of Mareshahª¹ prophesiedª° against¹ Jehoshaphat,ª saying,ª° Because thou hast joined²° thyself¹ with¹ Ahaziah,ª the LORDª hath brokenª°¹ thy works.ª And the shipsª were broken,ª° that they were not ableª°¹ to go²°¹ to¹ Tarshish.ª

Then Eliezerª the sonneª of Dodanahª of Mareshah,ª¹ prophesiedª° against¹ Iehoshaphat,ª saying;ª° Because thou hast ioyned²° thy selfe¹ with¹ Ahaziah,ª the LORDª hath brokenª°¹ thy workes:ª and the shipsª were broken,ª° that they were not ableª°¹ to goe²°¹ to¹ Tarshish.ª

And Eliezer thee [son] of Dodia of Marisa prophesied against Jehoshaphat{gr.Josaphat}, saying, Forasmuch as thou hast allied thyself with Ahaziah{gr.Ochozias}, the Lord has broken thy work, and thy vessels have been wrecked. And they could not go to Tharshish{gr.Tharsis}.

Then ´Élî`ezer אֱלִיעֶזֶרª the sonª of Döđäwà דֹּדָוָהª of Märë´šà מָרֵאשָׁהª¹ prophesiedª° against¹ Yæhôšäfäţ יְהוֹשָׁפָט,ª saying,ª° Because thou hast joined²° thyself¹ with¹ ´Áçazyà אֲחַזיָה,ª Yähwè יָהוֶהª hath brokenª°¹ thy works.ª And the shipsª were broken,ª° that they were not ableª°¹ to go²°¹ to¹ Taršîš תַּרשִׁישׁ.ª
