And he sought Ahaziah, and they caught him (now he was hiding in Samaria), and they brought him to Jehu, and slew him; and they buried him, for they said, He is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought Jehovah with all his heart. And the house of Ahaziah had no power to hold the kingdom.

And he soughtª°¹ Ahaziah:ª and they caughtª° him, (for he¹ was hidª° in Samaria,)ª and broughtª° him to¹ Jehu:ª and when they had slainª° him, they buriedª° him: Because,¹ saidª° they, he¹ [is] the sonª of Jehoshaphat,ª who¹ soughtª°¹ the LORDª with all¹ his heart.ª So the houseª of Ahaziahª had no¹ powerª to keep²° still¹ the kingdom.ª

And he soughtª°¹ Ahaziah:ª and they caughtª° him (for he¹ was hidª° in Samaria)ª and broughtª° him to¹ Iehu:ª and when they had slaineª° him, they buriedª° him: because,¹ saidª° they, hee¹ is the sonneª of Iehoshaphat,ª who¹ soughtª°¹ the LORDª with all¹ his heart.ª So the houseª of Ahaziahª [had] no¹ powerª to keepe²° still¹ the kingdome.ª

And he gave orders to seek Ahaziah{gr.Ochozias}: and they took him while he was healing his wounds in Samaria, and they brought him to Jehu{gr.Jeu}, and he slew him; and they buried him, for they said, He is the son of Jehoshaphat{gr.Josaphat}, who sought the Lord with all his heart. So there was none in the house of Ahaziah{gr.Ochozias} to secure their power in the kingdom.

And he soughtª°¹ ´Áçazyà אֲחַזיָה:ª and they caughtª° him, (for he¹ was hidª° in Šömrôn שֹׁמרוֹן,)ª and broughtª° him to¹ Yëhû´ יֵהוּא:ª and when they had slainª° him, they buriedª° him: Because,¹ saidª° they, he¹ [is] the sonª of Yæhôšäfäţ יְהוֹשָׁפָט,ª who¹ soughtª°¹ Yähwè יָהוֶהª with all¹ his heart.ª So the houseª of ´Áçazyà אֲחַזיָהª had no¹ powerª to keep²° still¹ the kingdom.ª
