And they made a proclamation through Judah and Jerusalem, to bring in for Jehovah the tax that Moses the servant of God laid upon Israel in the wilderness.

And let [men] proclaim in Judah{gr.Juda} an in Jerusalem, that [the people] should bring to the Lord, as Mosheh{gr.Moses} the servant of God spoke concerning Israel in the wilderness.
