Jehovah said, Verily I will strengthen thee for good; verily I will cause the enemy to make supplication unto thee in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.

The LORDª said,ª° Verilyªª it shall be wellª with thy remnant;²°°²¹ verilyª¹ I will cause¹ the enemyª° to entreatª° thee [well] in the timeª of evilª and in the timeª of affliction.ª

The LORDª said,ª° Uerelyªª it shall be wellª with thy remnant,²°°²¹ verelyª¹ I will cause¹ the enemieª° to intreatª° thee [well] in the timeª of euill,ª and in the timeª of affliction.ª

Be it so, Lord, in their prosperity; surely I stood before thee in the time of their calamities, and in the time of their affliction, for [their] good against the enemy.
