For thus saith Jehovah, Enter not into the house of mourning, neither go to lament, neither bemoan them; for I have taken away my peace from this people, saith Jehovah, even lovingkindness and tender mercies.

For¹ thus¹ saithª° the LORD,ª Enterª° not¹ into the houseª of mourning,ª neither¹ go²°¹ to lamentª° nor¹ bemoanª° them: for¹ I have taken awayª°¹ my peaceª from¹¹ this¹ people,ª saithª° the LORD,ª [even]¹ lovingkindnessª and mercies.ª
