Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and concerning Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, who prophesy a lie unto you in my name: Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall slay them before your eyes;

Thus saith the Lord concerning Achiab, and concerning Zedekiah{gr.Sedekias}; Behold, I [will] deliver them into the hands of the king of Babylon; and he shall smite them in your sight.

Thus¹ saithª° Yähwè יָהוֶהª Xævä´ôŧ צְבָאוֹת,ª the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל,ª of¹ ´Aç´äv אַחאָבª the sonª of Kôläyà קוֹלָיָה,ª and of¹ Xiđkiyyà צִדקִיָּהª the sonª of Ma`áŝëyà מַעֲשֵׂיָה,ª which prophesyª° a lieª unto you in my name;ª Behold,¹ I will deliverª° them into the handª of Nævûȼađre´xxar נְבוּכַדרֶאצַּרª kingª of Bävel בָּבֶל;ª and he shall slayª° them before your eyes;ª
