therefore thus saith Jehovah, Behold, I will punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed; he shall not have a man to dwell among this people, neither shall he behold the good that I will do unto my people, saith Jehovah, because he hath spoken rebellion against Jehovah.

Therefore¹ thus¹ saithª° the LORD;ª Behold,¹ I will punishª°¹ Shemaiahª the Nehelamite,ª and his seed:ª he shall not¹ have¹ a manª to dwellª° amongª this¹ people;ª neither¹ shall he beholdª° the goodª that¹ I¹ will doª° for my people,ª saithª° the LORD;ª because¹ he hath taughtª° rebellionª against¹ the LORD.ª
