It may be they will present their supplication before Jehovah, and will return every one from his evil way; for great is the anger and the wrath that Jehovah hath pronounced against this people.

It may be¹ they will presentª° their supplicationª beforeª the LORD,ª and will returnª° every oneª from his evilª way:ª¹ for¹ greatª [is] the angerª and the furyª that¹ the LORDª hath pronouncedª° against¹ this¹ people.ª
