Then Jeremiah said unto Zedekiah, If I declare it unto thee, wilt thou not surely put me to death? and if I give thee counsel, thou wilt not hearken unto me.

Then Jeremiahª saidª° unto¹ Zedekiah,ª If¹ I declareª° [it] unto thee, wilt thou not¹ surely²° put me to death?ª° and if¹ I give thee counsel,ª° wilt thou not¹ hearkenª° unto¹ me?

Then Ieremiahª saidª° vnto¹ Zedekiah,ª If¹ I declareª° it vnto thee, wilt thou not¹ surely²° put me to death?ª° and if¹ I giue thee counsell,ª° wilt thou not¹ hearkenª° vnto¹ me?

And Jeremiah{gr.Jeremias} said to the king, If I tell thee, wilt thou not certainly put me to death? and if I give thee counsel, thou wilt not at all hearken to me.
