And without the inner gate were chambers for the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect was toward the south; one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.

And withoutª¹ the innerª gateª [were] the chambersª of the singersª° in the innerª court,ª which¹ [was] at¹ the sideª of the northª gate;ª and their prospectª [was] towardª the south:ª oneª at¹ the sideª of the eastª gateª [having] the prospectª towardª the north.ª

And he brought me into the inner court, and behold [there were] two chambers in the inner court, one behind the gate looking to the north, turning southward, and one behind the southern gate, but which looks to the north.
