For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

For the transgressionª of Iacobª [is] all¹ this,¹ and for the sinnesª of the houseª of Israel:ª What¹ [is] the transgressionª of Iacob?ª [Is] it not¹ Samaria?ª and what¹ [are] the high placesª of Iudah?ª [are] they not¹ Ierusalem?ª

All these [calamities are] for the transgression of Jacob, and for the sin of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? [is it] not Samaria? and what is the sin of the house of Judah{gr.Juda}? [is it] not Jerusalem?
