And the tempter came and said unto him, If thou art the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.

Andª when the¹ tempterª° cameª° to him,ª he said,ª° Ifª thou beª° the Son² of¹ God,ª commandª° thatª theseª stonesª be madeª° bread.ª

Andª when the¹ tempterª° cameª° to him,ª hee said,ª° Ifª thou beª° the sonne² of¹ God,ª commandª° thatª theseª stonesª bee madeª° bread.ª

And he who tempteth approached and said, If the Son thou art of Aloha, say that these stones shall become bread.

And the Tempter came, and said to him: If thou art the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.

Καὶ προσελθὼν ὁ πειράζων εἶπεν αὐτῷ Εἰ υἱὸς εἶ τοῦ θεοῦ, εἰπὸν ἵνα οἱ λίθοι οὗτοι ἄρτοι γένωνται.

And having-had-came-toward, the-one piercing-to, it-had-said unto-it, If a-son thou-be of-the-one of-a-Deity, Thou-should-have-said so the-ones stones the-ones-these loaves they-might-have-had-became.
