And they said, Some [say] John the Baptist; some, Elijah; and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.

Andª they¹ said,ª° Some¹ [say¹ that thou art]² Johnª the¹ Baptist:ªª some,ª Elias;ª andª others,ª Jeremias,ª orª oneª of the¹ prophets.ª

They said to him, Some say that thou art Juchanon the Baptizer, but others Elia, and others Eramia, or one from the prophets.

And they said: Some say that [thou art] John the Baptizer; but others, Elijah; and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.

οἱ δὲ εἶπαν Οἱ μὲν Ἰωάνην τὸν βαπτιστήν, ἄλλοι δὲ Ἠλείαν, ἕτεροι δὲ Ἰερεμίαν ἢ ἕνα τῶν προφητῶν.

The-ones moreover they-said, The-ones indeed to-an-Ioanes to-the-one to-an-immerser; other moreover to-a-Heleias; different moreover to-a-Hieremias or to-one of-the-ones of-declarers-before.
