Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner; This was from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes?

Jesusª saithª° unto them,ª Did ye²° never²¹ readª° inª the¹ scriptures,ª The stoneª whichª the¹ buildersª° rejected,ª° the sameª is becomeª°² the¹ headª of the corner:ª thisª is²¹ the Lord's² doing,²°¹¹ andª it isª° marvellousª inª ourª eyes?ª

Jeshu saith to them, Have you not read in the scripture, that the stone which the builders rejected, this is become the head of the corner? By the Lord was this done, and it is wondrous in our eyes.

λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς Οὐδέποτε ἀνέγνωτε ἐν ταῖς γραφαῖς Λίθον ὃν ἀπεδοκίμασαν οἱ οἰκοδομοῦντες οὗτος ἐγενήθη εἰς κεφαλὴν γωνίας: παρὰ Κυρίου ἐγένετο αὕτη, καὶ ἔστιν θαυμαστὴ ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς ἡμῶν;

It-fortheth unto-them, the-one an-Iesous, Not-moreover-whither-also ye-had-acquainted-up in unto-the-ones unto-scribings, To-a-stone to-which they-off-assessed-to, the-ones house-building-unto, the-one-this it-was-became into to-a-head of-an-angling-unto; beside of-Authority-belonged it-had-became, the-one-this, and it-be marveled-to in unto-eyes of-us?
