and say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we should not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

Andª say,ª° Ifª we had beenª° inª the¹ daysª of ourª fathers,ª we would² notª have beenª°¹ partakersª with themª inª the¹ bloodª of the¹ prophets.ª

and say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been with them partakers in the blood of the prophets:

and ye say: If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been participators with them in the blood of the prophets.

καὶ λέγετε Εἰ ἤμεθα ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις τῶν πατέρων ἡμῶν, οὐκ ἂν ἤμεθα αὐτῶν κοινωνοὶ ἐν τῷ αἵματι τῶν προφητῶν:

and ye-forth, If we-were in unto-the-ones unto-days of-the-ones of-fathers of-us not ever we-were of-them en-commoned in unto-the-one unto-a-blood of-the-ones of-declarers-before;
