And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and rid you of care.

Andª ifª thisª come²° to² the governor's² ears,ª°¹¹ weª will persuadeª° him,ª andª secureªª° you.ª

Andª ifª thisª come²° to² the gouernours² eares,ª°¹¹ weeª will perswadeª° him,ª andª secureªª° you.ª

And if this be heard before the governor, we will persuade him, and make you without care.

And if this should be reported before the President, we will pacify him, and cause you not to be troubled.

καὶ ἐὰν ἀκουσθῇ τοῦτο ἐπὶ τοῦ ἡγεμόνος, ἡμεῖς πείσομεν καὶ ὑμᾶς ἀμερίμνους ποιήσομεν.

and if-ever it-might-have-been-heard the-one-this upon of-the-one of-a-leader, we we-shall-conduce and to-ye to-un-worried we-shall-do-unto.
