and James the [son] of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and them he surnamed Boanerges, which is, Sons of thunder:

Andª Iamesª the¹ [sonne]² of Zebedee,ª andª Iohnª the¹ brotherª of Iamesª (andª he surnamedªª° themª Boanerges,ª which is,ª The sonnesª of thunder.)ª

and upon Jacub bar Zabdai, and Juchanon the brother of Jacub, he set the name of B'nai-regesh, which is, (B'nai-râmo,) Sons of thunder.

And to James the son of Zebedee and to John the brother of James, he gave the name of Boanerges, that is, Sons of thunder.

καὶ Ἰάκωβον τὸν τοῦ Ζεβεδαίου καὶ Ἰωάνην τὸν ἀδελφὸν τοῦ Ἰακώβου (καὶ ἐπέθηκεν αὐτοῖς ὄνομα Βοανηργές, ὅ ἐστιν Υἱοὶ Βροντῆς),

and to-an-Iakobos to-the-one of-the-one of-a-Zebedaios and to-an-Ioanes to-the-one to-brethrened of-the-one of-an-Iakobos (and it-placed-upon unto-them to-a-name to-a-Boanerges which it-be sons of-a-thunder);
