And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Perceive ye not, that whatsoever from without goeth into the man, [it] cannot defile him;

Andª he saithª° unto them,ª Areª° yeª soª without understandingª also?ª Do ye²° notª perceive,ª° thatª whatsoever thingª from withoutª enterethª° intoª the¹ man,ª [it] cannotªª° defileª° him;ª

Andª he saithª° vnto them,ª Areª° yeª soª without vnderstandingª also?ª Doe yee²° notª perceiueª° thatª whatsoeuer thingª from withoutª entrethª° intoª the¹ man,ª it cannotªª° defileª° him,ª

He said to them, How dull are even you! Know you not, that nothing from without that entereth a man can defile him,

And he said to them: Are ye likewise so undiscerning? Do ye not know, that whatever from without entereth into a man, cannot defile him?

καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς Οὕτως καὶ ὑμεῖς ἀσύνετοί ἐστε; οὐ νοεῖτε ὅτι πᾶν τὸ ἔξωθεν εἰσπορευόμενον εἰς τὸν ἄνθρωπον οὐ δύναται αὐτὸν κοινῶσαι,

And it-fortheth unto-them, Unto-the-one-this and ye un-sent-together ye-be? Not ye-consider-unto to-which-a-one all the-one out-unto-which-from traversing-into-of into to-the-one to-a-mankind not it-ableth to-it to-have-en-commoned,
