And he said unto them, Ye are they that justify yourselves in the sight of men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.

Andª he saidª° unto them,ª Yeª areª° they which justifyª° yourselvesª beforeª men;ª butª Godª knowethª° yourª hearts:ª forª that which is highly esteemedª amongª menª isª° abominationª in the sightª of God.ª

But Jeshu said to them, You are they who justify yourselves before the sons of men; but Aloha knoweth your hearts. For, what is exalted among men, before Aloha is abominable.

And Jesus said to them: Ye are such as justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your heart: for that which is exalted among men, is abominable before God.

καὶ εἰπεν αὐτοῖς Ὑμεῖς ἐστὲ οἱ δικαιοῦντες ἑαυτοὺς ἐνώπιον τῶν ἀνθρώπων, ὁ δὲ θεὸς γινώσκει τὰς καρδίας ὑμῶν: ὅτι τὸ ἐν ἀνθρώποις ὑψηλὸν βδέλυγμα ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ.

And it-had-said unto-them, Ye ye-be the-ones en-course-belonging to-selves in-looked of-the-ones of-mankinds, the-one moreover a-Deity it-acquainteth to-the-ones to-hearts of-ye. To-which-a-one the-one in unto-mankinds overed-of, an-abhorring-to in-looked of-the-one of-a-Deity.
