Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee underneath the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.

Iesusª answered,ª° andª saidª° vnto him,ª Becauseª I saidª° vnto thee,ª I sawª° theeª vnderª the¹ figge tree,ª beleeuest¹ thou?²° thou shalt seeª° greater thingsª then these.ª

Jeshu saith to him, Upon my telling thee that I saw thee under the fig-tree, believest thou? Greater things than these thou shalt see.

ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ Ὅτι εἶπόν σοι ὅτι εἶδόν σε ὑποκάτω τῆς συκῆς πιστεύεις; μείζω τούτων ὄψῃ.
