but if it is of God, ye will not be able to overthrow them; lest haply ye be found even to be fighting against God.

but if it be from Aloha, there is no power in your hands to bring it to an end: lest you should be found to have arisen against Aloha. And they were persuaded by him,

But if it be from God, it is not in your power to frustrate it: that ye may not be found placing yourselves in opposition to God. And they, assented to him.

εἰ δὲ ἐκ θεοῦ ἐστίν, οὐ δυνήσεσθε καταλῦσαι αὐτούς:) μή ποτε καὶ θεομάχοι εὑρεθῆτε.

if moreover out of-a-Deity it-be, not ye-shall-able to-have-loosed-down to-them; lest whither-also and deity-battled ye-might-have-been-found.
