And when we entered into Rome, Paul was suffered to abide by himself with the soldier that guarded him.

Andª whenª we cameª° toª Rome,ª the¹ centurionª deliveredª° the¹ prisonersª to the¹ captain of the guard:ª butª Paulª was sufferedª° to dwellª° byª himselfª withª a soldierª that keptª° him.ª

And we entered Ruma. And the centurion allowed Paulos to sojourn where he willed, with the soldier, him who guarded him.

And we went on to Rome. And the centurion allowed Paul to reside where he pleased, with a soldier who guarded him.

Ὅτε δὲ εἰσήλθαμεν εἰς Ῥώμην, ἐπετράπη τῷ Παύλῳ μένειν καθ' ἑαυτὸν σὺν τῷ φυλάσσοντι αὐτὸν στρατιώτῃ.

Which-also moreover we-came-into into to-a-Rome, it-was-turned-upon unto-the-one unto-a-Paulos to-stay down to-self together unto-the-one unto-guarding to-it unto-an-amass-belonger.
