Nay, already it is altogether a defect in you, that ye have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather take wrong? why not rather be defrauded?

Nowª therefore²² there¹¹ isª° utterlyª a faultª amongª you,ª becauseª ye go²° to lawª¹ one with² another.ª¹ Whyª do ye²° notª ratherª take wrong?ª° whyª do ye²° notª ratherª [suffer yourselves to] be defrauded?ª°

Nowª therefore,²² there¹¹ isª° vtterlyª a faultª amongª you,ª becauseª yee goe²° to lawª¹ one with² another:ª¹ Whyª doe ye²° notª ratherª take wrong?ª° Whyª doe yee²° notª ratherª suffer your selues to be defrauded?ª°

Now, therefore, you make yourselves guilty while you have litigation one with another. For why do you not bear injury? and why do you not suffer fraud?

Now therefore ye condemn yourselves, in that ye have litigation one with another. For why do ye not rather suffer wrong? why not rather be defrauded?

ἤδη μὲν οὖν ὅλως ἥττημα ὑμῖν ἐστὶν ὅτι κρίματα ἔχετε μεθ' ἑαυτῶν: διὰ τί οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἀδικεῖσθε; διὰ τί οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἀποστερεῖσθε;

Which-then indeed accordingly unto-whole an-inferioring-to unto-ye it-be, to-which-a-one to-separatings-to ye-hold with of-selves; through to-what-one unto-not more-such ye-be-un-coursed-unto? Through to-what-one unto-not more-such ye-be-stabled-off-unto?
