If then I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be to him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh will be a barbarian unto me.

Thereforeª if²°¹ I knowª° not²¹ the¹ meaningª of the¹ voice,ª I shall beª° unto him that speakethª° a barbarian,ª andª he that speakethª° [shall be] a barbarianª untoª me.ª

Thereforeª if²°¹ I knowª° not²¹ the¹ meaningª of the¹ voyce,ª I shall beeª° vnto him that speaketh,ª° a Barbarian,ª andª he that speakethª° shall be a Barbarianª vntoª mee.ª

but if I do not know the power of the voice, I become as a barbarian to him who speaks, and he also who speaks is a barbarian to me.

But if I do not know the import of the sound, I shall be a barbarian to him that speaketh, and the speaker will be a barbarian to me.

ἐὰν οὖν μὴ εἰδῶ τὴν δύναμιν τῆς φωνῆς, ἔσομαι τῷ λαλοῦντι βάρβαρος καὶ ὁ λαλῶν ἐν ἐμοὶ βάρβαρος.

if-ever accordingly lest I-might-have-had-come-to-see to-the-one to-an-ability of-the-one of-a-sound, I-shall-be unto-the-one unto-speaking-unto aliened and the-one speaking-unto in unto-ME aliened.
