Howbeit at that time, not knowing God, ye were in bondage to them that by nature are no gods:

Howbeitª then,ª² when¹ ye knewª° notª God,ª ye did serviceª° unto them which by natureª areª° noª gods.ª

Howbeit,ª thenª² when¹ ye knewª° notª God,ª yee did seruiceª° vnto them which by natureª areª° noª Gods.ª

For, while not knowing Aloha, you served them who by their nature are not gods:

For then, when ye knew not God, ye served them who in their nature are not gods.

Ἀλλὰ τότε μὲν οὐκ εἰδότες θεὸν ἐδουλεύσατε τοῖς φύσει μὴ οὖσι θεοῖς:

Other to-the-one-which-also indeed not having-had-come-to-see to-a-Deity ye-bondeed-of unto-the-ones unto-a-spawning lest unto-being unto-deities;
