for we are become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm unto the end:

Forª we are madeª° partakersª of Christ,ª ifªª we holdª° the¹ beginningª of our confidenceª stedfastª untoª the end;ª

Forª wee are madeª° partakersª of Christ,ª ifªª we holdª° the¹ beginningª of our confidenceª stedfastª vntoª the end.ª

FOR we are made participators with the Meshiha, if, from the beginning and unto the end, in this very standing we steadfastly persist.

For we have part with the Messiah, if we persevere in this firm confidence, from the beginning to the end:

μέτοχοι γὰρ τοῦ χριστοῦ γεγόναμεν, ἐάνπερ τὴν ἀρχὴν τῆς ὑποστάσεως μέχρι τέλους βεβαίαν κατάσχωμεν.

held-with therefore of-the-one of-Anointed we-hath-had-come-to-become, if-ever-very to-the-one to-a-firsting of-the-one of-a-standing-under unto-lest-whilst of-a-finish to-base-belonged we-might-have-had-held-down.
