If ye are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed [are ye]; because the [Spirit] of glory and the Spirit of God resteth upon you.

Ifª ye be reproachedª° forª the nameª of Christ,ª happyª [are ye]; forª the¹ spiritª of gloryª andª of Godª restethª° uponª you:ª on²² their partª¹ he¹ is evil spoken of,ª° butª on² your partª¹ he is glorified.ª°

Ifª ye be reprochedª° forª the Nameª of Christ,ª happieª [are ye], forª the¹ spiritª of glory,ª andª of Godª restethª° vponª you:ª on²² their partª¹ hee¹ is euill spoken of,ª° butª on² your partª¹ he is glorified.ª°

And if you be reviled for the sake of the name of the Meshiha, you are happy; for the Spirit of the glory of Aloha resteth upon you.

And if ye are reproached on account of the name of the Messiah, happy are ye: for the glorious Spirit of God resteth upon you.

εἰ ὀνειδίζεσθε ἐν ὀνόματι Χριστοῦ, μακάριοι, ὅτι τὸ τῆς δόξης καὶ τὸ τοῦ θεοῦ πνεῦμα ἐφ' ὑμᾶς ἀναπαύεται.
