 21:1 Jeshu looked at those rich (persons) who were throwing into the house of treasure their oblations.

 21:1 And Jesus looked upon the rich, who cast their oblations into the treasury.

 21:2 And he saw also a certain poor widow who threw in two shomonee.

 21:2 And he saw also a certain poor widow, who cast in two mites.

 21:3 And he said, Truth I say to you, That this poor widow hath thrown in more than every one:

 21:3 And he said: Truly I say to you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than any one.

 21:4 for all those from what abounded to them have thrown into the house of the oblation of Aloha: but this from her penury all that she possessed hath she thrown in.

 21:4 For all they, from what was superfluous to them, have cast into the receptacle of oblations to God; but she, from her penury, hath cast in all that she possessed.

 21:5 ¶ AND as some spake of the temple, (with) what beautiful stones and gifts it was adorned, Jeshu said to them,

 21:5 And when some spoke of the temple, as adorned with goodly stones and oblations, Jesus said to them:

 21:6 These that you see, the days shall come (when) of them there will not be found a stone upon a stone that shall not be destroyed.

 21:6 [As for] these things, on which ye gaze, the days will come, in which there will not be left a stone upon a stone, that is not cast down.

 21:7 And they inquired of him, and said, Malphona, when shall these be? and what is the sign that these are nigh to be?

 21:7 And they questioned him, and said: Teacher, when will these things be? And what is the sign that they are near to take place?

 21:8 But he said to them, Beware lest you be seduced: for many will come in my name, and will say, I am the Meshicha; and the time hath drawn nigh: but go not you after them.

 21:8 And he said to them: See, that ye be not deceived; for many will come in my name, and will say: I am Messiah and the time is near. But go ye not after them.

 21:9 And when you hear of wars and commotions, fear not: for these are first to be; but not yet cometh the end.

 21:9 And when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not afraid; for these things are previously to take place, but the end is not yet come.

 21:10 For nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

 21:10 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom;

 21:11 and great earthquakes will be in divers places, and famines, and plagues; and there will be portents, and terrors, and great signs from the heavens will appear, and great tempests shall there be.

 21:11 and great earthquakes will occur in several places, and famines, and pestilences; and there will be terrors, and trepidations, and great signs from heaven will be seen, and there will be great tempests.

 21:12 But before all these, they will lay hands upon you, and persecute you, and deliver you up to the synagogues, and to the house of the bound. And they will bring you before kings and governors on account of my name.

 21:19 And by your patience, will ye preserve your souls.

 21:20 But when you see Urishlem encompassed by an army, then know that its destruction hath drawn nigh.

 21:21 Then let them who are in Jihud escape to the mountain, and they who are within her escape, and let not them who are in the country places enter into her.

 21:21 Then let them who shall be in Judaea, flee to the mountain [district]; and let them, who are in the midst of it, flee away; and those in the fields, not enter it.

 21:22 For those (will be) the days of retribution, that all which is written may be fulfilled.

 21:22 For these are days of vengeance, to fulfill all that is written.

 21:23 But woe to those who are with child and to those who suckle in those days! for there will be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.

 21:25 And there will be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and distress of nations on the earth; and clasping of hands, from astonishment at the noise of the sea;

 21:26 the commotion hurrying forth the souls of the sons of men from fear of what is about to come upon the earth; and the powers of the heavens shall be commoved.

 21:26 and dismay that driveth out the souls of men, from fear of that which is to come on the earth; and the powers of heaven will be moved.

 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds, with power and great glory.

 21:28 But when these things begin to be, take courage, and lift up your heads, because your redemption hath drawn nigh.

 21:29 ¶ AND he spake to them a parable, Behold the fig-tree and all the trees;

 21:34 But take heed to yourselves, that at any time your hearts be not heavy with excess and drunkenness, and the care of the world, and unawares shall come upon you that day.

 21:35 For as a net it will overtake all them who dwell upon the faces of the whole earth.

 21:35 For, like a hunter's snare, it will spring upon all them that dwell upon the face of the whole land.

 21:36 Be therefore wakeful at all time, and pray that you may be worthy to escape from those things that are about to be, and that you may stand before the Son of man.

 21:37 So in the day (time) he taught in the temple, and at night he went forth and lodged in the mount which is called the Place of Olives.
