of the peopleº

lots,º
to bringºº

tenº
to dwellºº

Yærûšälaim
יְרוּשָׁלִַםº
the holyº
city,º
and nineº
partsº
[to dwell] in [other] cities.º |

11:1 ¶
And the rulers of the people dwelt at Yerushalaim: the rest of the people also cast lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Yerushalaim the holy city, and nine parts [to dwell] in [other] cities. |

And the peopleº
blessedºº
allº
the men,ºº
that willingly offeredºº
themselvesº
to dwellºº
at
Yærûšälaim
יְרוּשָׁלִַם.º |

And the people blessed all the men, that willingly offered themselves to dwell at Yerushalaim. |

11:3 ¶
Now theseº
[are] the chiefº
of the provinceº
thatº
dweltºº
in
Yærûšälaim
יְרוּשָׁלִַם:º
but in the citiesº
of
Yæhûðà
יְהוּדָהº
dweltºº
every oneº
in his possessionº
in their cities,º
[to wit],
Yi$rä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,º
the priests,º
and the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם,º
and the
Næ±înîm
נְתִינִים,º
and the childrenº
of
Šælömò's
שְׁלֹמֹהº
servants.º |

Now these [are] the chief of the province that dwelt in Yerushalaim: but in the cities of Yehudah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, [to wit], Yisrael, the priests, and the Lewiyyim, and the Nethinim, and the children of Shelomoh's servants. |

And at Yerushalaim dwelt [certain] of the children of Yehudah, and of the children of Binyamin. Of the children of Yehudah; Athayah the son of Uzziyyah, the son of Zekharyah, the son of Amaryah, the son of Shefatyah, the son of Mahalalel, of the children of Peretz; |
