 1:10 And Cush begat Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

 1:19 And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.

 1:19 And unto Eberº were bornºº twoº sons:º the nameº of the oneº [was] Peleg;º becauseº in his daysº the earthº was divided:ºº and his brother'sº nameº [was] Joktan.º

 1:20 And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

 1:32 ¶ And the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan: Sheba, and Dedan.

 1:33 And the sons of Midian: Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.

 1:34 And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau, and Israel.

 1:36 The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

 1:37 The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

 1:38 And the sons of Seir: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.

 1:39 And the sons of Lotan: Hori, and Homam; and Timna was Lotan's sister.

 1:40 The sons of Shobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon: Aiah, and Anah.

 1:40 The sonsº of Shobal;º Alian,º and Manahath,º and Ebal,º Shephi,º and Onam.º And the sonsº of Zibeon;º Aiah,º and Anah.º

 1:41 The sons of Anah: Dishon. And the sons of Dishon: Hamran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

 1:41 The sonsº of Anah;º Dishon.º And the sonsº of Dishon;º Amram,º and Eshban,º and Ithran,º and Cheran.º

 1:42 The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz, and Aran.

 1:43 ¶ Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there resigned any king over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

 1:43 ¶ Now theseº [are] the kingsº thatº reignedºº in the landº of Edomº beforeº [any] kingº reignedºº over the childrenº of Israel;º Belaº the sonº of Beor:º and the nameº of his cityº [was] Dinhabah.º

 1:44 And Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.

 1:44 And when Belaº was dead,ºº Jobabº the sonº of Zerahº of Bozrahºº reignedºº in his stead.º

 1:45 And Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.

 1:45 And when Jobabº was dead,ºº Hushamº of the landºº of the Temanitesº reignedºº in his stead.º

 1:46 And Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Avith.

 1:46 And when Hushamº was dead,ºº Hadadº the sonº of Bedad,º which smoteººº Midianº in the fieldº of Moab,º reignedºº in his stead:º and the nameº of his cityº [was] Avith.º

 1:47 And Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.

 1:47 And when Hadadº was dead,ºº Samlahº of Masrekahºº reignedºº in his stead.º

 1:48 And Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his stead.

 1:48 And when Samlahº was dead,ºº Shaulº of Rehobothºº by the riverº reignedºº in his stead.º

 1:49 And Shaul died, and Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.

 1:49 And when Shaulº was dead,ºº Baalhananº the sonº of Achborº reignedºº in his stead.º

 1:50 And Baal-hanan died, and Hadad reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pai: and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Me-zahab.

 1:50 And when Baalhananº was dead,ºº Hadadº reignedºº in his stead:º and the nameº of his cityº [was] Pai;º and his wife'sº nameº [was] Mehetabel,º the daughterº of Matred,º the daughterº of Mezahab.º

 1:51 ¶ And Hadad died. And the chiefs of Edom were: chief Timna, chief Aliah, chief Jetheth,

 1:51 ¶ Hadadº diedºº also. And the dukesº of Edomº were;º dukeº Timnah,º dukeº Aliah,º dukeº Jetheth,º

 1:52 chief Oholibamah, chief Elah, chief Pinon,

 1:52 Dukeº Aholibamah,º dukeº Elah,º dukeº Pinon,º

 1:53 chief Kenaz, chief Teman, chief Mibzar,

 1:53 Dukeº Kenaz,º dukeº Teman,º dukeº Mibzar,º

 1:54 chief Magdiel, chief Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom.

 1:54 Dukeº Magdiel,º dukeº Iram.º Theseº [are] the dukesº of Edom.º
