 8:3 And Bela had sons: Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,

 8:3 And the sonsº of Belaº were,º Addar,º and Gera,º and Abihud,º

 8:4 and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,

 8:4 And Abishua,º and Naaman,º and Ahoah,º

 8:5 and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

 8:6 And these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of fathers' [houses] of the inhabitants of Geba, and they carried them captive to Manahath:

 8:6 And theseº [are] the sonsº of Ehud:º theseº are the headsº of the fathersº of the inhabitantsºº of Geba,º and they removedºº them toº Manahath:º

 8:9 And he begat of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcam,

 8:10 and Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of fathers' [houses].

 8:10 And Jeuz,º and Shachia,º and Mirma.º Theseº [were] his sons,º headsº of the fathers.º

 8:11 And of Hushim he begat Abitub and Elpaal.

 8:12 And the sons of Elpaal: Eber, and Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod, with the towns thereof;

 8:13 and Beriah, and Shema, who were heads of fathers' [houses] of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who put to flight the inhabitants of Gath;

 8:28 These were heads of fathers' [houses] throughout their generations, chief men: these dwelt in Jerusalem.

 8:28 Theseº [were] headsº of the fathers,º by their generations,º chiefº [men]. Theseº dweltºº in Jerusalem.º

 8:29 And in Gibeon there dwelt the father of Gibeon, [Jeiel], whose wife's name was Maacah;

 8:29 And at Gibeonº dweltºº the fatherº of Gibeon;ººº whose wife'sº nameº [was] Maachah:º

 8:30 and his first-born son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,

 8:30 And his firstbornº sonº Abdon,º and Zur,º and Kish,º and Baal,º and Nadab,º

 8:31 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher.

 8:31 And Gedor,º and Ahio,º and Zacher.º

 8:32 And Mikloth begat Shimeah. And they also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against their brethren.

 8:32 And Miklothº begatººº Shimeah.º And theseº alsoº dweltºº withº their brethrenº in Jerusalem,º over againstº them.º

 8:33 ¶ And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchi-shua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

 8:33 ¶ And Nerº begatººº Kish,º and Kishº begatººº Saul,º and Saulº begatººº Jonathan,º and Malchishua,º and Abinadab,º and Eshbaal.º

 8:34 And the son of Jonathan was Merib-baal; and Merib-baal begat Micah.

 8:34 And the sonº of Jonathanº [was] Meribbaal;º and Meribbaalº begatººº Micah.º

 8:35 And the sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.

 8:35 And the sonsº of Micahº [were], Pithon,º and Melech,º and Tarea,º and Ahaz.º

 8:36 And Ahaz begat Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza.

 8:36 And Ahazº begatººº Jehoadah;º and Jehoadahº begatººº Alemeth,º and Azmaveth,º and Zimri;º and Zimriº begatººº Moza,º

 8:37 And Moza begat Binea; Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

 8:37 And Mozaº begatººº Binea:º Raphaº [was] his son,º Eleasahº his son,º Azelº his son:º

 8:38 And Azel had six sons, whose names are these: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

 8:38 And Azelº had sixº sons,º whose namesº [are] these,º Azrikam,º Bocheru,º and Ishmael,º and Sheariah,º and Obadiah,º and Hanan.º Allº theseº [were] the sonsº of Azel.º

 8:39 And the sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his first-born, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

 8:39 And the sonsº of Eshekº his brotherº [were], Ulamº his firstborn,º Jehushº the second,º and Elipheletº the third.º

 8:40 And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, a hundred and fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.

 8:40 And the sonsº of Ulamº wereº mightyº menºº of valour,º archers,ººº and had manyºº sons,º and sons'º sons,º an hundredº and fifty.º Allº theseº [are] of the sonsºº of Benjamin.º
