Exodus 11

1 God's message to the Israelites to borrow jewels of their neighbours. 4 Moses threateneth Pharaoh with the death of the firstborn.

 11:1 Now the LORD 3068 said 559 to Moses 4872, “One 259 more 5750 plague 5061 I will bring 935 on Pharaoh 6547 and on Egypt 4714; after 310 that he will let 7971 you go 7971 from here 2088. When he lets 7971 you go 7971, he will surely 1644 drive 1644 you out from here 2088 completely 3617.

 11:2 “Speak 1696 now 4994 in the hearing 241 of the people 5971a that each 376 man 376 ask 7592 from his neighbor 7453 and each 802 woman 802 from her neighbor 7468 for articles 3627 of silver 3701 and articles 3627 of gold 2091.”

 11:3 The LORD 3068 gave 5414 the people 5971a favor 2580 in the sight 5869 of the Egyptians 4714. Furthermore 1571, the man 376 Moses 4872 [himself] was greatly 3966 esteemed in the land 776 of Egypt 4714, [both] in the sight 5869 of Pharaoh’s 6547 servants 5650 and in the sight 5869 of the people 5971a.

 11:4 ¶ Moses 4872 said 559, “Thus 3541 says 559 the LORD 3068, ‘About midnight 2676 3915 I am going 3318 out into the midst 8432 of Egypt 4714,

 11:5 and all 3605 the firstborn 1060 in the land 776 of Egypt 4714 shall die 4191, from the firstborn 1060 of the Pharaoh 6547 who sits 3427 on his throne 3678, even 5704 to the firstborn 1060 of the slave 8198 girl 8198 who 834 is behind 310 the millstones 7347; all 3605 the firstborn 1060 of the cattle 929 as well.

 11:6 ‘Moreover, there shall be a great 1419 cry 6818 in all 3605 the land 776 of Egypt 4714, such 834 3644 as there has not been 1961 [before] and such 3644 as shall never 3808 be again 3254.

 11:7 ‘But against any 3605 of the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 a dog 3611 will not [even] bark 2782 3956, whether 4480 against man 376 or 5704 beast 929, that you may understand 3045 how 834 the LORD 3068 makes 6395 a distinction 6395 between 996 Egypt 4714 and Israel 3478.’

 11:8 “All 3605 these 428 your servants 5650 will come 3381 down 3381 to me and bow 7812 themselves before me, saying 559, ‘Go 3318 out, you and all 3605 the people 5971a who 834 follow 7272 you,’ and after 310 that I will go 3318 out.” And he went 3318 out from Pharaoh 6547 in hot 2750 anger 639.

 11:9 ¶ Then the LORD 3068 said 559 to Moses 4872, “Pharaoh 6547 will not listen 8085 to you, so 4616 that My wonders 4159 will be multiplied 7235a in the land 776 of Egypt 4714.”

 11:10 Moses 4872 and Aaron 175 performed 6213a all 3605 these 428 wonders 4159 before 6440 Pharaoh 6547; yet the LORD 3068 hardened 2388 Pharaoh’s 6547 heart 3820, and he did not let 7971 the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 go 7971 out of his land 776.
